Finding Inspiration in Every Turn
BROCODE — Brotherhood, Community and Development in Men’s Health, Inc.— is a nonprofit dedicated to transforming the culture of men’s health in Guyana.
We promote early detection, encourage honest conversations, and create relevant wellness campaigns that meet men where they are — in barbershops, community centers, sports fields, and homes. Our work is grounded in the belief that health is not just physical, but deeply emotional, social, and generational.
Our Story
The specific objectives and purposes of BROCODE INC. include, but are not limited to:

Promoting and advocating for the physical and mental health of men through education, awareness, and referrals.

Organizing community-based outreach and screening programs targeting health issues prevalent among Guyanese men, including prostate cancer, diabetes, and hypertension.

Hosting public events, distributing literature, and leveraging partnerships to destigmatize men’s health concerns.

Collecting and analyzing data to influence policy change, improve access, and tailor culturally responsive interventions.
